High Season
January 2nd to April 22nd: $450 per night

Summer Season
April 22nd to September 5th: $395 per night

Low Season
September 5th to December 15th: $375 per night  **For Stays of 7 nights or longer otherwise Summer season applies

**Thanksgiving Week** is considered Summer Season rates.

Holiday Season
December 15th - January 2nd : $500 per night

Above Rates are for 4 Guests:  Add $20/per guest for a maximum of 6 guests

Policies:

2 night deposit to confirm reservation**

Unit is reserved when deposit is received

Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy:  Outside of 60 days 1 night of the deposit will be refunded if the condo is re-rented.  1 night will be held for an administration fee.  Inside of 60 days we will refund any money that we are able to recover from re-renting the condo minus the 1 night administration fee.

$200 security deposit required. Deposit refunded if no damage or excessive cleaning required

Cleaning fee charged for stays less than 7 nights

13.42% Hawaii State tax will be added to all reservations

14 Night Minimum over the Christmas Holiday Season.

No Smoking or Pets permitted

Check-in 3pm, Checkout at 10am

We try to keep our costs low by cutting out the middle person and offering our guests an exceptional value.  Recent cancellations have occurred just prior to 60 days before arrival.  **Any rentals for over 12 nights will be charged an additional night deposit for each week to confirm the reservation.  i.e.  14 nights = 3 night deposit and 19 nights = 4 night deposit etc.
